Almost everyday, when I look out of our window in the morning, I would happen to see people faithful in doing their morning walks. These are not the people who walk to the train or bus stop. These are people who have decided to be fit by walking or jogging regularly. Such mindset is indeed admirable. Everybody knows walking and exercise is good but it takes a decision to do it. There are other weight supplements and appetite suppressants which can assist in managing weight. However, the benefits of exercise may go further than what the others can possibly offer. The first step is not the first stride. The first step is all in the mind.
