Just read in the papers this week about a survey done on some first home buyers in Australia. With the results, it does appear that a number of people have decided to go into the property market with the introduction of the government’s first home buyer’s grant. In this scheme the grant is increased whether you buy an established one or you have a newly manufactured home. Either option becomes really attractive and there are indication that more have made the decision when the boost was extended.
