Back on the Market

There is some great possibility that we will be back on the rental market in a few weeks from now. I wonder what the situation is right now? The last time we were looking for a rental house, we had a pretty tough time. That was because there was some sort of ‘rental crisis’ over here at Sydney back then. Back then, even houses which are not quite well maintained or those having really old fixtures or ceramic tile still get easily snapped up in the rental market. I was trying to do my research it does appear things are bit better nowadays. I certainly hope that is the case.
