About the same time last year, there was a lot of attention about rental crisis here in Australia. It’s either the crisis over, or there are other items catching the people’s attention. If it has indeed eased off, then that is good for many families. I could still recall when we too had a tough time looking for a rental. There were several challenging situations.
Perhaps one lesson we learned in looking for house rental is not to judge things by its ‘cover’. We’ve seen houses which appear rather old outside but has great stuff inside. Some even feature upgraded kitchen or baths complete with Grohe faucet or other sparkling fixtures. So for those on the look for a rental, the best way is to view as much as you can. It may even be like a box of chocolates… you’ll never know what you’ll get.
