Where To?

About a couple of decades ago, the presence of telephone directory or similar listings is so important. It is probably one of the most (if not the most) important way of reaching out to people. Nowadays, there is an obvious alternative: a web directory. Such will prove to be handy in a lot of situations. In our case, when we moved to Australia, we had to rely on such listings to be able to find key services including schooling, suburb information, etc. It is close to being priceless if you are new to a place. There surely are far more things or areas where these directories can be of help. Planning for a kiddie party? Going out on a weekend escape? You don’t have to look too far. There are even specialized online directory listings. In that way one can benefit from listings compiled by experts in a particular field. There are further variations to such and if read this article about Article Directories Versus Web Directories Which is best

I could not imagine doing a lot of things without such directories. While it may still be true that printed telephone directories are still being published and distributed because it has its use (other than for recycling purposes), I believe there is a lot more to be offered by what I shall call as ‘rainbow pages’.
