Rail Network

by liau on June 18, 2009

Australia without rail tracks is almost unthinkable. This form of public transportation is very important here. In Sydney, it may be impractical for many to drive to their work places especially if their office is in the CBD. The reason: parking. Anyway, the more viable option is to drive to the closest train station and let the rail network do the driving. The rail network is just massive. A delay in one station can easily create ripple effects to stations far far away. Any major disruption will definitely hit the news. You can almost say that living in the city without rails is impossible
