Extended

The first home owner’s grant boost was extended giving some people more time to do their ’shopping’. I could imagine that this would be good for those who are really ready to go into the property market. Rather than go into some rush, they can take a bit more time in the decision making process. That also allows for more time to look into the finer details of a property, such as fixtures or even vessel sinks.
