Clean and Green

One of the things we like here in Australia is the availability of several parks within a short stroll or drive from one’s house. Each one has different features. Some are excellent for setting up a picnic or barbeque. On the other hand, some are more popular to kids because of the variety of playground facilities. But I have to say that on top of the ‘features’, a park is able to attract visitors if it presents a clean environment. So far, I have not yet seen a dirty park around our area. With the help of some signages and people’s cooperation, these parks are kept clean and green.

I think that’s a great ‘feature’. A park free from all that kind of clutter is a rewarding place to visit.
